Tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. In most cases, this will be the email associated with your Apple ID.

If your email address is not recognized, or if you selected Hide My Email when you first registered your login email (may look like xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com or xxx@private.icloud.com), follow these steps:
  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap Apple ID (your name at the top)
  • Go to iCloud → Hide My Email
  • Find Freewallet Multiwallet or any entry named dfk.ro (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
  • Copy the private relay email address associated with it
Return to the Forgot Password screen and sign in using the copied email address. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Once the password has been reset, log in to the app using either the copied private relay email address, or the new password you have just created.

If you previously signed in to Freewallet using your Facebook account, please follow these steps to continue accessing your account:
  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email address that was associated with your Facebook account when you originally registered with Freewallet.
  3. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
  4. Once your password has been reset, you can sign in to Freewallet using your email address and your new password.
Important: Please use the same email address that was set as the primary email for your Facebook account at the time you registered with Freewallet.

If you would like to access your account using your phone number, you will first need to create a password. Follow these steps:
  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the phone number associated with your account.
  3. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
  4. Once your password has been set, you will be able to log in using your email and the new password.
